Do I have to get a Building Permit?
Each job is site specific. Not all jobs require a Planning Permit. A phone call to our office will answer your questions. We can assist with the council process.
What if I want to get my own permit?
We are able to give you all the paperwork you require to obtain your own permit. We can print out the job specific engineering drawings for each job within 15 mins.
Do I have to put the concrete down first or can we pour it in after?
Our preferred method of construction is slab first. BHP will void their warranty if any part of the wall sheeting is used for formwork. For this reason we have the slab poured first, the building will then be erected.
